The essential thing about the biography in a profile is to provide documented sources for all the details given - parents, children, birth dates, deaths, marriages, any other details important to the history of the individual being profiled.

There is no one required way to do this, as long as the sources refer directly to the facts given.

Ali if you are the profile manager, then you can edit anything on the profile, if you aren't and you just want to add information to the biography, you do the same, just hit edit, go into the biography, add you information with sources then scroll down and save. As long as the profile is unlocked /open anyone can edit a profile.  But if you want to change a birth date, death date, or other "top" infos like last name at birth, always send a private message to the profile manager, explain your changes, and your sources, so that there are no misunderstandings about what you want to do and why.
