How do I give a person permission to take a site as a profile manager. , I can't connect the family to mine.

This is Isham's site - I manage https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Axton-160

This is Robert's site / I'm the manager.

Go to the Privacy tab of the profile, and in the Trusted list section, you can Add someone to the Trusted list, then there will be a link to add them as manager.

You can also remove yourself as manager -- which you can do now, without adding anyone else as manager. It will be an Orphan, but there's nothing wrong with that.

And as our standards indicate, there is no shame or issue with orphaning profiles....

Does the other person WANT to be profile manager?  You should not do this unless the other person has requested it.
