Do you know Mary?

Question

Please help, there are currently 6 134 Mary Unknown Profiles looking for their valid Last Name at Birth.

These profiles are all Orphaned so if you do find the correct LNAB you can adopt the profile and make the change.

It is also possible that some of the profiles might be duplicates of profiles that already have a LNAB. You can search for these by using the "Find Matches" link at the bottom of the profile page.

It would be useful itye unknown Mary’s were first. Reversed into mary unknown

The above list is all just Mary's with the LNAB as Unknown

The problem began ween the profile manager entered them as Unknown Mary instead of Mary Unknown.The profile manager needs to change the LNAB io unknown and most of us are no the profile managers of such profiles.  Ancestry.com is also the root of the problem when the only given name is /Mary/ so could not find birth name gets translated into Unknown Mary.

It needs to be remembered that Mary is also a valid last name.

The above list is just profiles of Mary Unknown, and not Unknown Mary.

They do not form part of the earlier GEDCOM uploads that imported the names incorrectly as a last name.
