New member introducing myself

Question

Hello all,

My name is Cindy, and I currently live in Vermont, USA.
I have been trying to learn more about my family but all elders are gone, so my search has stalled.

Both my father and mother were only children, so there's not a lot of direct relations at that level.  

My father died young and was estranged from his parents, so I have no real information other than his parents names.

I have a road block on my paternal side.

Most of my work to date has been on ancestry.com or 23andme.com.

I'm glad to have found WikiTree!

We are glad you found wikitree as well. The inhabitants of Earth are one big family. If only everyone would realize that. If you need some help, just ask.

The tiny percentage of DNA that separates us from each other is insignificant. We are all humans trying to survive on this planet.
