Advice before editing this pre-1700 Gardner profile?

I have information to contribute to the profile of John Gardner. This is what I can add:

  • exact birth and death dates and locations, father

These are the sources I am using:

  • four new sources

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding? Thank you!

Carol, the information and sources you intend to add are not in your question, could you please add them so they might be assessed before  you add them to the profile.

Looks good, Carol. What is NEHGR 7:267 actually confirming? The year of death and place of burial (also mentions wife and her father)?
