My surname is Wood.  I've found conflicting documentation on my father's grandfather.  The male line I have posted to date is very unverified.  I believe now that my father's grandfather is Frederick (Joshua?) Wood.  But I'm having difficulty finding anything conclusive.  Is there anyone who can help?                 Thank you,

Best thing would be to create a Research Notes section in the profile, probably your grandfather, since it sounds like that is who you are unsure of his parents.  Include the sources that you have for each person and your reasons for questioning what you have found..  The link in this question is for you, so I think you are unsure of the father of James Foster Wood-35179.
