You should always keep in mind that, when it comes to dated information (and such), individuals with certain common & very uncommon names are typically used/documented with a Nickname, Abbreviated Name, Shortened name, etc...
Just "for example"... I've seen names like "John" being documented as "Jno" and "Samuel" being documented as "Saml" as well as "Susanna/Susannah" being documented as either "Susan" or "Anna" (just to name a few).
I can't state for certain that the above information for the parents are 100%, but based upon what I had personally found, those appear to be them as well as dates & locations jiving with the events.
I hope this was helpful for what your looking for and I had explained this okay via text... :-P
I do wish you the best of luck with your Ancestry/Genealogy search!
