I have received the dna raw data for my brother. How do I get that to his profile?

I have put my brother in wikiTree but he will come up as private because he is still living

Wikitree doesn't record DNA data, just the fact that a person has taken a DNA test and which one(s). That information propagates backwards and is noted on ancestors' profile pages.  If your brother is living, only he can add DNA test information to his profile.  You can invite him to become a member, he can add the information, and then turn his profile back to you.  

If you have his permission, you may want to add that raw data to a site like Gedmatch.  That site lets you compare data, not just ancestors.

I just did some research on gedmatch and apparently it has been bought out by a company focusing on law enforcement.  If I don't want to use gedmatch is there another site I can use to make the raw data useable in WikiTree
You can indicate that you don’t want your DNA available for law enforcement on Gedmatch.
