Need help with the correct LNAB for profile of Lancognard-2

+3 votes
On his profile there is a source for his baptism record, left by DQ as a comment, which I can't understand because I can't read French. I see LNAB should be Encoignard, but I would like to confirm before I change it.

Yes, the baptism record has "Encoignard", so this should be the LNAB.

It reads (4th on the left page): "B[aptême] Pierre Encoignard fils [de] Thomas et de Jeanne Chausse né le 9 et a esté baptisé le dix xbre 1713 par N. Le Landays vic[aire] et nommé par Pierre Delile assisté de Marie Le Tourneur qui ont marqué."

Which means: "Baptism. Pierre Encoignard, son of Thomas and Jeanne Chausse born on 9th was baptised on 10th December 1713 by N. Le Landays, vicar, he was named by Pierre Delile assisted by Marie Le Tourneur who put their mark."

Agrees. LNAB is pretty clear.
Thank you very much for your time, Julien, much appreciated.
