I am 19 degrees from him through a Runyon/Farney marriage tie.

We are also 10th cousins, once removed.  Nearest ancestor:Richard Cocke.

Richard Cocke must surely be the ancestor of half of Virginia!  I'm always surprised by the number of Cocke descendants in the American south.

Oh, dear - I seem to be spending all of my time questioning these connections!  The relationship via Gustafsson-122 is dependent on the supposed identity of Elizabeth Stalcop.  As I've noted in that profile, she's most probably a ghost and Benjamin Daniels' wife remains unknown (her profile should probably be updated and delinked from her supposed parents to reflect this).

Hmmm.  I think that's dependent on the parentage of Jesse Bayles (d. c.1807).  I've just added my own notes on Bayles to his profile, but I'm not aware of any evidence that he came from the New York family of that name.

Through the Jacksons of Brunswick County, Virginia, I see.  This reminds me that I should really tidy the first generation of this family which has been erroneously linked to an unrelated Massachusetts family of Jacksons.  I'll do that now . . . .

The Jacksons are now fixed.  Unfortunately, this now means that we don't show as related on WT, but the evidence seems strong that your Ambrose and my John were siblings, uncle/nephew or other close relatives.
