I am seeking information about Robert Banastre who came to England in 1066.  I would like to know the source of information relating to his birth.

We need a little more information about Robert Banastre before we can answer your question. Do you have a birth and death date for us?  If you found him on WikiTree, perhaps you have his profile number?  All of this information will give us a better understanding of the person you are trying to confirm information on.
