So, it looks like DNA has shown the Samuel Duke Sr. was not the son of Col. WIlliam Duke and Thamar Taylor. Can anyone point me in the direction of who is parents were?
I've spent so many years putting this together based on the Duke book by Brandenburger and there had been some talk of this mix up, but now it has been confirmed?
Also, can anyone tell me how to connect my line to the David Duke that is connected to the Duke family on this site? He and I are connected on other websites but I haven't quite figured out how this one works yet.
