It looks to me like Francis might be a female? The tag says Hall. Is that Francis' maiden name Hall?

Yes, she is my great grandmother.  I can't get past her at all to find her parents.  Seems at 13 she married my great grandfather John Mullett, West Virginia.  They later moved to Mingo county, West Virginia.  If I could knock  the wall down on her parents, I would be happy.   Thank you all
