Why aren't the Sources listed correctly?

I made extensive revisions to Taylor-13812 in preparation for a merge.  I cannot see any reason the Sources messed up the several sources and repeated sources after Source 2.  I may have used a source as though there would be more references to it, which I planned to check after I was done,   I don't see any way to fix it using the normal procedures.  Please help.  It was a lot of work.

You were just missing a single < character in the international FindAGrave inline citation when it closed. I fixed it.

the 10th inline citation is empty, you might want to check that one. Great profile!

Thank all of you for your help.  I just couldn't see it.  I had the "Enhanced Editor" turned on, and thought that should show the problem, but I couldn't see it.  Just glad it is all fixed.
Its because you had more than one inline with no break, so the formatting greyed both the same.
Thank you.  I didn't know it worked that way.

At the end of the 2nd source, "F-A-G Int'l", you have /ref> instead of </ref>. Hopefully if you add the starting < that will fix the issue.

Typo in one of the </ref> tags.
