Have you been using the Antenati site? They have Birth / Marriage / Death records for Picinisco from 1809-1865, and with the included marriage processetti files, you can certainly reach pre-1800 through extracted church records.

I would encourage you to get Antenati record cites for your Picinisco ancestors included in their Wikitree profiles. For most pre-1809 events the only source is church records, but to my knowledge none are available online for Picinisco.
