Someone may have sent you a message 'warning you' that you cannot continue adding pre-1700 profiles, as you have done, stating only a family tree! You could have gotten a message from a Ranger that saw that activity which could get you 'reported to a Mentor' or 'locked out' until you add or agree to add sources to those profiles.
If a family tree you are looking at has sources, add the sources from the tree, but the only source cannot be family trees, as you agreed to during the certification for Pre-1700. Possibly you should review Pre-1700 Help Page
