Is there another Lewis Bayly? I know that sources say that he came to VA in 1624, but according to the following source, he died in England and buried at Bangor Cathedral.

Ancestry.com. England & Wales, Calendar of the Principal Ecclesiastical Dignitaries, 314-1853 [database on-line]. Provo, UT, USA: Ancestry.com Operations, Inc., 2012. This collection was indexed by Ancestry World Archives Project contributors. Original data:John Le Neve. Fasti Ecclesiae Anglicanae - (1854) Neve/Hardy. Oxford, England: University Press. Hardy, Thomas Duffus, and Le Neve, John. Fasti Ecclesiæ Anglicanæ. 3 vols. Oxford, England: University Press, 1854.

There may be  several men of this name, neither are uncommon.  The profile is of a man living in the New World in 1621  so he can't be the same man as the Bishop of Bangor, who has a well documented life and died as as Bishop in 1631

Your ancestry source seems to be Le  Neve's Fasti Ecclesiae Anglicanae

Here's one of the earlier versions Google books

There are 2  sets of records in the CCED data base.

https://theclergydatabase.org.uk/jsp/persons/CreatePersonFrames.jsp?PersonID=24630

'There is also an episcopal record (which includes all sorts or events under his jurisdiction, i.e includes other appointments and ordinations  that have  his name on them)The last  record is his death on 26/10/1631

https://theclergydatabase.org.uk/jsp/bishops/index.jsp  ( easiest to search under Bangor  and then click on his name)

  • CCEd Ordinary Tenure ID: 673

Actually, just found that the Bishop has a wikipedia page  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lewis_Bayly

And  we have a very sparse profile for him on wikitree https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Bayly-259 (which I've now edited with the things I found answering the question)
