A relative of my wife living in New Amsterdam, stated a relative of mine (Langestaat) owed 3 guilders on shoes. The case went to court and this Lanegstraat paid 6 guilders with fees for the shoes after the trial. I'm looking for more information on this line as there is awareness of only the one New Amsterdam lineage. Can you help?
