why have the challenges disappeared when I try to log them

I have been sourcing profiles this morning and after a break for lunch have found that when I go to the Challenges tracker only my ID is there no boxes to select connector, integrator/sourcer what's happened

The tracker broke down over the weekend. It's still not fixed yet.
