How do I start a MacKenzie Project

I am a descendant of MacKenzie on my Dad side of the family and my Mom side of the family. They are two different MacKenzie from Scotland, to Cape Breton Nova Scotia and to Pictou,Nova Scotia.The one in Pictou, came from the Isle of Lewis, Scotland, and the one from Cape Breton, came from Inverness-shire, Scotland.
