Help with German Marriage record on archion

Can someone please help with a translation of this German marriage record on archion.

Johann Friedrick Abeling of Apswich and Anne Margarethe Kattau married in Mariendrebber -need the rest of record translated.  Was she born a Warnking in Ossenbeck ??

Im Jahre 1800 copuliret und proclamiret

Dom. II u. III. post Epih. proclamiret Johann Friederich Abeling von Apswisch und Anne Margarethe Kattau daher copul: in M.Drebber ... Erben Warnkings Hof in Ossenbek.

Dominica II and III post Epihanias (19 and 26 Jan 1800) announced/proclaimed Johann Friederich Abeling of Apswisch and Anne Margarethe Kattau, but married in Mariendrebber ... Heirs of Warnking's farm in Ossenbeck.

That means they were only announced in Jacobidrebber and got married in Mariendrebber. The wedding celebrations were on the farm of the Warnkings heirs.

Thank you.  I am working on this family for a friend.  Her 91 year old father was told that the family name got changed from to Warnking, but did not know what from.  I found the records showing it was Abeling, but have been unable to find why it was changed.  This is the first record that shows Warnking.  Now I just need to figure out how they were heir of Warnking.  Thank you again !
