How to set up family members in religions communities

Question

Two of my great-great-grandfather's sisters were nuns who were members of the Little Sisters of the Poor.  They had both birth names and separate names which were taken at the time their final vows were taken after joining the order.  I put her "name in religion" in the "other nicknames" category but the "Suggestions" results indicates this is incorrect.

Can someone offer guidance on how this should be handled?

Mark it as a False Error, and use a comment "she was a nun", or "religious name".
