Guidance on DBE868

DBE868 is about using ref tags after the references tag, i.e  in the sources section. I've been working on clearing these but have come across an instance where I'm not sure of the right solution and could do with some help.

The profile below is a good example. It does not have ref tags as such in the sources section, but it does have a refname instead.

The refname is properly defined within the body text and is used there, but is also used within the sources section. The result is that the sources section correctly displays the multiple usage as 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, but then has a bullet pointed footnote that has a hyperlink [4] which points back to the reference in the sources list.

The question is, should this "error" be marked as a false suggestion, or should the refname post references be removed?

no ref tags should show up after the <references /> tag, hence the error. This one doesn't really make sense, because the data either comes from the published peerage or from the website; not from the peerage, whose source is the website. I would remove the named reference after that source entirely.
