IS there a list of DNA connections NOT in my tree

DNA connections are made using the 'tree' members that you are connected to.  If you have no parents, grandparents, etc, then you won't have any connections because that is the only way to know 'who' you are connected to.

If you want to know people using the DNA to others, then you should go to GedMatch since that site will compare DNA from different sites and doesn't require a tree.
