On the profile you will see the tabs :
Click the one that says Images, then click the "Click here to upload it." link, which will bring up a way to select the image from where you have it stored on your computer.
Once selected, you need to give a source/ reason it is not under copyright somewhere - and you need to name it.
Once that is done, you save the image.
