I'm looking at the paternal line for https://www.wikitree.com/genealogy/Manery-Family-Tree-38

Researching this person at https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/L77F-H2H it looks like they list several possible sets of parents, but don't seem to have any sources that could tell who the parents were.

What are some options/approaches for solving this?
