I wanted to give Ronel a badge but I think she has every one there is, so sorry Ronel - a public acknowledgement will have to suffice! I have to say a very big thank you to Ronel, its because of her kind and generous heart that I can even begin to try and help others. I hope you know how special you are Ronel and how I can't thank you enough for all the time that you have mentored me, every question that you have answered (and gosh I can tell you that it has been many!), and every pickle that you have helped me out of.
