French and Indian War sticker

Question

Despite NUMEROUS attempts, I still can't figure out how to do these stickers. The man was the in the Royal Navy and the Captain of the HMS Dianna during the French and Indian War.

How would I make that sticker?  Or at least one that said he fought in the French & Indian War? Thanks
