You are right. Mary. E. Freeland (Freeland-1263) is a duplicate profile of Mary Elizabeth (Freeman) Sanner (Freeman-10026). It is just that there is a misspelling in Mary Elizabeth Sanner's maiden name, as can be seen in her death record.
