Adding tag of Scotland

Why will the Scotland tag not show up?

I apologize for not understanding.  One more time, I have only 19 followed tags now, why can I not add the Scotland tag?  That will then make a total of 20 followed tags.

That's okay, I was just letting you know. I hope that you were able to get it to work. If not then there may be something wrong. If that is the case edit your post and add the 'sysop' tag.
