It's possible. His third wife's father is here as Ward-10583 and she is probably the "private daughter (1950s - unknown)" linked to him.

Unfortunately, due to privacy laws, we're neither able to confirm nor deny the existence of a Tom Baker connection, but as stated, if you know his family and can identify his father (who is deceased), then you could plot a connection to his father and extrapolate a +1 to Tom.

[[Baker-14516|Tom Baker]]  is on wikitree as Thomas S. Baker. It was very hard to find and because he's alive, I guess, no one is allowed to attach him to his notable former wife or add tags onto the profile.
