Looks like it would fit well in the Explosions and Fires section of the Disasters Project.

If you would like to work on that Disaster we would be delighted to have you join the Disasters project Carol.  You would need to make a Free Space Page with brief details of the disaster and links to online resources about it, but the main focus should be on creating profiles for the disaster victims and their families.  If you want to do that, the please send me a direct message.
