Two milestones coming up [closed]

Question

We are closing in on 25 million profiles (and yes, I know there's always a lot of work to do to bring them up to standard, but still...). Also, we are under 2,000 from having 3/4s of a million members.

Our tree includes 24,919,666 profiles (7,367,149 with DNA test connections) edited by 748,264 genealogists from around the world.

However you feel about these numbers, positive or negative, I think I'll celebrate our efforts!

Thanks for sharing, Pip!  This is the kind of information that makes me proud and excited to be part of WikiTree   You're right, there's a lot of work to be done... but that's why we volunteer.  To make WikiTree the best it can be!

Thanks for the updates. It's nice to get good news.

We can top 25 million profiles by the end of the week if everyone seeing this would just pick a household that doesn't have their children on WikiTree and then add them. Just adding a spouse would help.

You pick better than me: I found a FISHER couple with five children and none of the children have any spouses or children listed. So I'll be doing some fishing.
