I can't find my Gedcom anywhere. Can it possibly be retrieved here?

Many of my computer files are lost and I can't find my GEDCOM report anywhere! I have no idea how to identify it or where I could possibly find a copy.  I know GEDCOMs are deleted, but is there a way you can retrieve it?
