What is best practice for linking PDFs?

Howdy! What sites does everyone use for their linked PDFs? I have several family records saved in Google Drive, but I wasn't sure if there was a more anonymous or more secure way to share these records onto my free space profile or any profile for that matter.

The profile I am referring to is linked, but it's a page I made as a pseudo-source until I can find more reliable records for the people I add.

If the family records do not affect your national privacy policy, you can openly upload them to WikiTree.
Upload them like an image to a profile on the profile and click source at the end.
In germany birth records are public after 110 years, marriage records after 80 years and death records after 30 years.
