Question

new member kathleen chapman nee hirst my mothers maiden name was shiells and here mother was witham from  england my father 's mother maiden name was clark from scotland and she emigated from scotland in 1926-1927 .my mothers family emigated from england 1898-1910

i started with My Heritage tracking my family history and keep coming up with the WikiTree site so have join to keep going with this also thank you for having this site free

Hi Kathleen, and thank you for introducing yourself in our g2g forum.  This is the right place to come to if you want to ask questions about your ancestors. Your next step would be to upgrade to a family membership (which is 100% free). You could then add tags that would represent surnames in your family. You would be connected to people that are interested in researching the same families that you are.
