Jill: New member introducing myself

Hi!

I have been researching genealogy for over 20 years, and have learned quite a bit. I am still open to learning new information and techniques. I am a professional educator and historian am currently a history professor at a small college in TN.

Welcome to G2G. It is great to have you, a real professor, join us. You have come to the right place for serious genealogy. I am looking forward to see your contributions. In order to start contributing you will have to upgrade for free to at least Family Member level. That is simply done by answering some of the questions about your genealogical research.

After that you can can start adding your ancestors as sourced profiles and search for the connection to the global tree.

Hi Jill, and welcome to WikiTree. Michel has given you some great advice. Thank you for introducing yourself in our g2g forum. This is also the place you would come to ask questions about ancestor that you are stumped on.

I have been through Tennessee several times and I find that fall is very beautiful.
