Does anyone know if John McNamara has any other children? John was born January 3, 1940

I just did a test a few months ago and through some help from a family member on my dads side i found out that John McNamara is my father but was wondering if i had any other siblings out there?

I don't know if they are living or not bc I don't know who they are or if my dad had anymore children. I am really desperate to ind out if I have siblings but don't know how to go about finding them if they exist. I missed out on having my dad in my life and I don't want to miss out on anymore of my siblings lives if I have any. Please, please help me to figure out if I do have any or not, I am not sure how to go about finding out.  Thank you
