My old dna was v22 with 111 markers. it's changed to E-FT137267 and 700 markers. it won't change to the new info

Assuming you mean your DNA data from FT DNA has changed, you will need to change the Wikitree DNA data manually.

Wikitree is not connected to FT DNA (nor to any other DNA company)  to allow any kind of automatic updates.
