I have several sites that have Trail of Tears markers. Those markers have been upgraded to "High Level" and I need to find them. How do I do that??

Do you mean the category? It's marked top level because the Category:Trail of Tears is not supposed to contain profiles. There are subcategories for the profiles:
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Trail_of_Tears,
including Cherokee, Chickasaw, etc. Those are the profiles that contain the profiles.

Hi Mike, All of the profiles under
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Trail_of_Tears
were moved to
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Cherokee_Trail_of_Tears
to make the listing uniform with the other four Nations sub categories. You should be able to click the second link and find your profiles on that listing. Let me know if you have any questions.
