Sources not matching relationships

I am trying to work on sourcing Sarah Ann Adams (Adams-17841). But from what I'm finding I don't think the people she is linked to (Spouse and children) are the correct people for her. I have found no connection between Sarah Ann Adams and Henry Rinehart. The closest I come to is a marriage record between him and a Sarah Ann Oliver. The marriage record states that it is the first marriage for both which means Oliver is her birth last name. How should I handle this family?

I see Sarah Adams and Henry Rinehart listed as parents in their childrens' records. Such as here:

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:ZFKL-LFPZ

It appears she was married before to a Reuben Oliver:

After looking at Family Search and Ancestry, it appears they have the whole family messed up. They have different parents showing for Henry Rinehart on two different profiles and his children and siblings are messed up as well. Even the parents are messed up. Not sure whether I should attach any verifications until more research is done on the couple.
Well that is the source straight from Ohio Marriages, it is not freehand description.

Where is this marriage record that claims it was the first marriage for both?  I don't see it in the sources.

It's not in the sources yet. Part of the problem is that there are also a great many Sarah Ann Adam's back in that time period and in various locations. Both marriage records show she was age eighteen at the time of each marriage, that is one of the reason's I didn't add the second marriage record. It would be guessing to put it on there without more verification that she is indeed the correct Sarah Ann Adams for both marriages.
Prudent

But putting the alternatives in a Research Note might help clarify the problem
