Strange "contribution" notifications [closed]

I'm noticing a lot of strange notifications and activity logging happening recently, maybe the last week?

• Whenever I create a new profile I get a "contribution saying "You set as unrelated person to [new profile."
• Sometimes, when people edit a profile I manage I get two notifications. The first about the change, and then the second saying "[Wikitreer] added [Wikitreer] as a manager for [profile person]. But there was no actual change to the trusted list.

There may be other such event logging errors, but I haven't noticed them.

Not sure about the second example you gave, but I guess it might be related to the same issue.
