Elizabeth Cackett and her brother Abraham Tyrell inherited property in Lewes and sold it off in 1794. It was originally willed to Francis Tyrell and wife Sarah in 1759 by Ann Mills (widow of John Mills Collarmaker) She had purchased the property from one Samuel Olive Tobacconist of Lewes.
After the great snow avalanche in Lewes in December 1836 I wonder if the property still exisits?
I have a copy of Jesse Cockett's will dated 17th March 1873. My gt.gt.gt.gt. grandfather
