Are Google search results leading to Wikitree hits counted or analysed?

If you don't block the tracker (and use Google as your search engine) then yes.

But I have not seen the reports on it, usually the site owner gets/asks for an account at Google to see the analysis.

Thank you very much Michel for your reply. Interesting to know that. Hopefully, some analysis of the Wikitree hits will become available.

Yes the wikitree profiles with the most clicks are called STAR PROFILES. There is usually a wikitree Data Doctors Challenge to work on them about every 6 weeks or so.
