This might be because your membership level is "Family Member", which is a limited level of membership for people who aren't interested in helping to grow our shared tree (see https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Membership#Family_Members). If you want to upgrade (for free) to Wiki Genealogist, so that you can add and edit a wider range of profiles, then you need to sign the Honor_Code.
