Unknown link blocked in edit screen

Question

I have a person Unknown-285927 whose birth name is Kitteredge.  The link to Birth Name is not able to open, for corrections additions.  it is locked on Unknown.  First time I have seen this.  Can you help me get the birth name entered.

Her married name is Wells.

Only the profile manager can change the LNAB, you can send a message to the PM or ask to be added as a PM.  You should also probably post a comment on the profile with the source for the correct birth name also.

Any member on the trusted list can change the birth surname (some exceptions); you don't have to be the profile's manager:

Adding full source citations to the profile, including url, might help the current PM of the record.
