How to invite cousin with existing profile to WikiTree

I'm trying to add a cousin as a new WikiTree member, but it's not working. I went to her existing profile, opened the Privacy tab, and entered her email address. It took me to a page for adding an unrelated person, which is not what I want to do because her profile already exists. Filling it out anyway, it then tells me that the profile already exists. Duh! So, how do I do this?

If you are the manager of her profile, enter her email on the Edit page.
