Any suggestions for further research?

Question

Trying to track down the birth name of the mother-in-law of my 6th cousin 4 times removed. Not that it matters in the grand scheme of things, but I'm sure you all can understand the lure of trying to solve a puzzle.... :)

I have detailed all of my research to date in the (sparse) profile I created for the mystery woman (link below). Can anyone suggest any further lines of research I might pursue? Thanks.

Thank you! I do believe you have found the link. I wonder why my multiple and extensive searches through the Vermont Vital Records didn't land on that one. You must have better search tricks than I do. :) Would you be willing to share what search criteria you used that gave you that result? I thought I had searched every possible combination, but apparently I missed one.

Have you tried looking for sources for the husband? Often searching in the reverse gets results.

Oh, yes, I ran every search I could on the husband AKA the father of my umpteenth cousin. He is very well-documented. But none of the research I did on him turned up the existence a wife. I also ran every search I could on the known siblings of my umpteenth cousin. Same results, i.e. nothing useful.
