Possible relationship in my ancestral tree

Question

I am trying to find a link between my grandfather - Jeronimo Caetano De Mello and Anna Goaguina Felecidade de Souza formerly D'Mello who was born about 1 Oct 1855 in Goa, India. 

The places are different but my grandfather spent a large part of his early life in Goa.

His surname started De Mello but almost all his sons (they were 10 which my father was the 7th) were recorded D'Mello.
