Hi

My name is Michael J. Midling.  I received my PhD from Stanford University in International Educational Administration and Policy Analysis in 1996 and have worked as a social scientist, primarily focused on international development since that time.  My father was Kenneth Midling and I have two sons with my wife Xiaorong Bai, a native of Chengdu China.
